At Olab, we provide a spacious and well-equipped learning environment for our students. Our office spans over 4000 square feet, providing ample space for various activities and interactions. Within our facility, we have dedicated five state-of-the-art labs that are designed to support hands-on learning experiences.

 

Each lab is equipped with the latest technology and equipment relevant to the courses we offer. Whether it’s the graphic design lab, digital marketing lab, UI/UX lab, or any other specialized lab, students have access to the tools and resources needed to enhance their practical skills. Our labs are carefully designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and experimentation.

Is there a validity period for the certifications?

Our certifications do not expire. Once you have earned a certification from OLAB, it is yours to keep and showcase throughout your career.

Can I verify the authenticity of my certification?

Yes, all certifications issued by OLAB come with a unique verification code that can be used to verify the authenticity of the certification online.

Do you offer digital or physical copies of the certifications?

OLAB provides both digital and physical copies of the certifications upon request. Digital copies are typically sent via email, while physical copies can be mailed to your preferred address.

Can I display the OLAB certification logo on my resume or LinkedIn profile?

What is OLAB's return and refund policy?

OLAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Am I eligible for a refund if I am dissatisfied with the course?
  • Full refunds except (20% of the Total Course fee) are available within [10] days of the initial payment, provided the request is made in writing to [refund@olabbd.com].
  • Refund requests received after [10] days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Students cannot ask for refund after participating in any offline or online class.
  • There will be no partial refund.
How do I request a refund?

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within [30] business days from the date of approval.
  • Please note that it may take additional time [Max 45 days] for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Will I lose access to the course materials if I receive a refund?

Yes, upon approval of your refund request, access to the course materials will be revoked. You will no longer be able to participate in the course or access related resources.

Batch Transfer Policy

Our Batch Transfer Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the process of transferring participants from one training batch to another. Please review the following policy carefully.

 

Eligibility for Batch Transfer:

Participants enrolled in a training batch with Olab may be eligible for a batch transfer under the following circumstances:

 

Medical Emergency:

  • Participants facing a documented medical emergency may request a batch transfer.
  • Supporting documentation may be required.

 

Unforeseen Personal Circumstances:

  • Participants experiencing unforeseen personal circumstances may request a batch transfer.
  • Valid reasons may include family emergencies, job-related changes, or other significant life events.

 

Timing Issue:

  • If a student’s cannot manage to attend the previous class scheduled, they can request for transfer/ shift to desire batch of timing, upon availability of the remaining seat.

 

Course Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  • If Olab cancels or reschedules a training batch, participants will be automatically eligible for a batch transfer.
Batch Transfer Process

Request Submission:

  • Participants seeking a batch transfer must submit a written request to [affairs@olabbd.com]. The request should include the reason for the transfer and any supporting documentation.
  • New Students: Request Needs to be submitted by the students before [14] business days starting the class for the same course.
  • Admitted Students: If a students attend 50% of the class batch transfer request will be available as per the availability of the course or timing.

 

Approval Process:

  • Batch transfer requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approval is subject to verification of the stated reasons and availability in the desired batch.

 

Notification:

  • Participants will be notified of the status of their batch transfer request within [07] business days from the date of submission.
Conditions for Batch Transfer

Transfer Fee:

  • A batch transfer fee may apply for the same course
    • 3000K BDT for Offline
    • 2000K BDT for Online
  • Participants will be informed of any applicable fees upon approval of their transfer request.

 

Transfer Deadline:

  • New Students: Batch transfer requests must be submitted no later than [14] days before the start date of the original batch.
  • Admitted Students: will be eligible for transfer batch within 1 months after admission.

 

Limitations:

  • Participants are allowed a maximum of [01] batch transfers per training program.

 

Conditions for Course Transfer

    • 3000K BDT for Offline/ Online
  • Participants will be informed of any applicable fees upon approval of their transfer request.

  • Admitted Students: will be eligible for transfer within 1 months after admission.

 

Limitations:

  • Participants are allowed a maximum of [01] Course transfers per training program.

 

Process for Refunds

 

Course Fees:

  • Transferred participants will be responsible for any differences in course fees between the original and transferred batches.
  • No refunds will be provided after Batch/Course transfer request.
