Refund Policy for OLAB

Enrollment and Registration:

• Upon enrolling in a training program with OLAB, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our policies.
• Registration fees (20% of the Total Course fee) are non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs associated with processing your enrollment.

Course Fees and Return/Refunds:
Return/Refund Eligibility:

• Full refunds except (20% of the Total Course fee) are available within [10] days of the initial payment, provided the request is made in writing to [refund@olabbd.com].
• Refund requests received after [10] days will not be eligible for a refund.
• Students cannot ask for a refund after participating in any offline or online class.
• There will be no partial refund.
  

Course Cancellation by OLAB:

• OLAB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Access to Training Materials
Electronic Course Materials:

• Access to electronic training materials will be provided for the duration of the course.
• Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
  

Physical Course Materials:

• If physical materials are provided, they must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Certification Programs:
Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds for certification programs will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Participants must demonstrate a valid reason for refund, such as a documented medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances.
  

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact OLAB at olabbded@gmail.com with your refund request.
• Clearly state the reason for your refund request.
• Provide relevant supporting documentation, if applicable.
• Await confirmation from OLAB regarding the approval of your refund.
  

Processing Time for Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days from the date of approval.
• Please note that it may take additional time [Max 45 days] for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

The OLAB authorities wrote the aforementioned clauses. OLAB retains the right to amend, add, remove, or change any text. Depending on the circumstance, it may also create a subclause beneath the main clause that serves the organization’s interests or takes into account the business situation.
